Spa Policy

1. All services require a credit card to secure appointment time
2. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time
3. To provide a peaceful and relaxing experience at Bella Derma Medi Spa, please keep all cellular phone devices on silent during your visit
4. Please notify our staff of any health changes, changes to your skincare regimen, new medications or sun exposure. This could affect the result of your treatment
5. Appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid a 50% charge of your scheduled service
6. Pre- Paid packages require full payment at the time of the first treatment to receive the discounted price
7. Some additional charges may apply and prices may change without notice
8. All Laser services are base prices only, specific price to be determined in consultation
